Private Cooking Classes for Individuals or Small Groups

Compassionate Cooks believes you are more likely to preapare healthful and delicious meals for yourself and your family if you feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen. From basic knife skills and meal-planning to sophisticated techniques such as braising, blanching and sauteing, we will teach you the cooking tricks that will empower you to make nutrient-dense, plant-based meals for yourself and your family for every occasion from a weeknight supper to holiday dinner parties.


Classes are custom-designed to suit your specific lifestyle and interests. All classes emphasize locally grown, seasonal and organic products as much as possible.
