    I'm crazy for Kale. In brazil we eat the kale just as you started the soup, with fried garlic and fried it in the oil. It's a perfect match with rice and black beans for lunch..and also, Kale is a really good sorce of iron with the beans. When I was anemic, I had this 3, 4 times a week with a orange juice (cause vitamin c helps the body to absorb the iron). You should try this.

    I did this last night and I couldn't believe I made such a beautiful soup! It was sooo delish, thank you so much for sharing this recipe and putting it in a vid. It was the first time I ever had kale (!!) Super exciting :)
